We have been taking our computers (laptops and towers) to Jose now for several years. Jose and his staff are very freindly, willing to help you in anyway that they can.. His wife is very warm and friendly as well… All the staff treat you as if you are the most important person there is… they have made sure that my computers are always up and running to the top ability. Once again Darcy and Jose have come to the rescue of the computers that we have in our home… my husband’s laptop is running like a fine machine and they are taking care on the tower so that it will be running like a fine tune machine… They keep the pc’s running in our house to that I can think about my schooling and not worry about other things. thanks again.

I came into CSC to purchase a hard drive for my lap top.I had diagnostics performed at another local computer place and they told me my hard drive was bad. Before selling me a new hard drive Jose’ wanted to check my lap top first.My hard drive was fine! Jose repaired my OS and my lap top is now tip top.This is the kind of honesty,and integrity that gets customers and keeps them coming back. Jose and Darcy are two of the nicest people i’ve met in Bonney Lake and I am spreading the word to all I know, “Computer Service Center is the Best!”

I have not yet picked up my hard drive, but regardless, I can tell you that this is a place that I would go again without hesitation. Jose is an honest man who really wants everything to go well. He spent a great deal of time with me today trying to make things right and explaining them to me. Even if everything that he tried does not work to get my information back, I am impressed with his integrity, the price that I was quoted, and his excitement at the possibility of being able to help recover my data. Because Jose is faster and more efficient. always delivers a great costumer service and always is honest with you what is wrong with your computer.
