“ I sadly found my Dell laptop almost dead at 2% battery one evening just as sat down to do my banking. It would not hold a charge and shut down before I could google or do any troubleshooting. Since the Dell is almost 4 years old, I figured on purchasing new laptop asap the next morning but needed to find someone who could get my data off dead laptop and put on new one. Jose was just a mile down the road and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a replacement jack installed, my laptop was still in good shape! Then he added speed and more storage to it! He had it fixed within 45 minutes!!!! Incredible. His wife was so nice too. They are honest and efficient. I'm a senior and they could have taken advantage of my lack of tech knowledge, but they didn't. It is so refreshing to know there are still good business people around. Obviously, this is why they have been in business since 2007! I was right back up and running within a day of the problem and it cost me about half the price of a new laptop that is totally upgraded.”
